INTERNAL RULES
Rules that protect quality and trust.
Applying for membership means knowing and accepting these rules. The Board may update them when necessary to preserve the council’s proper operation.
1. Nature and admission
Quórum 12 is a private council. Admission is individual, discretionary and subject to referral, fit assessment and Board approval. An application creates no right of admission.
2. Personal membership
Membership belongs to the admitted person, not their company or organization. It is non-transferable and may not be assigned to colleagues, employees or third parties without express authorization.
3. Confidentiality and non-attribution
Contributions, opinions, questions, cases and conclusions shared in session may not be attributed to individual participants outside the table. Information identified as confidential may not be disclosed or reused without authorization.
4. Recording and reproduction
Audio, video, screen or conversation recording is prohibited unless previously and unanimously authorized. Restricted materials may not be reproduced through screenshots, photographs or unauthorized copies.
5. Documents and private portal
Credentials are personal. Portal documents retain their classification, authorship and circulation restrictions. Members are responsible for activity under their credentials and must report possible exposure immediately.
6. Conduct and conflicts of interest
Professional treatment, listening and reasoned disagreement are required. Relevant sector or personal conflicts must be declared. The Board may limit access to a case where an incompatibility exists.
7. No commercial solicitation
Sessions are not venues for selling, recruiting, political pressure or direct prospecting. Any later relationship between members is voluntary and outside Quórum 12’s responsibility.
8. Attendance and participation
Table continuity requires reasonable, prepared participation. Repeated absence, disruption of the format or conduct that reduces trust may trigger a membership review.
9. Fees and payment status
Membership requires fees to remain current. Two unpaid monthly fees trigger a warning. At three outstanding monthly fees, portal and reserved-activity access may be blocked until regularization.
10. Authorship and intellectual property
Authors retain ownership of their original contributions. Quórum 12 documents may not be published, resold, used to train external systems or incorporated into products without written authorization.
11. Suspension, resignation and exclusion
A member may request resignation. The Board may suspend or terminate membership for non-payment, breach of confidentiality, portal misuse, incompatible conduct or harm to the council or its members.
12. Personal data
Data will be processed to assess applications, administer membership, invoice, collect payments, communicate activities and control access. It will not be used for commercial lists unrelated to Quórum 12.
13. Amendments and acceptance
The current version will be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated to members. Continued portal use and participation after notice imply acceptance of the updated version.
By applying, the candidate declares that they have read and accept these Internal Rules.
